This bespoke residential project, a contemporary family home located on Kennedy Road in Shrewsbury, was commissioned by BASE Architecture and completed by Shingler Construction. The architects provided an exact specification to extend and refurbish the property for a private client.

The extension of this luxury property included the construction of an underground swimming pool located beneath the existing garage. The home also underwent a complete refurbishment with a further extension that introduced large oak-framed gables. In addition, a master loft suite was created along with an extended balcony featuring large apex glazing to its ridge.
